The contract involves the supply of medical equipment for the Regional Hospital named after Zofia Zamoyska in Tarnobrzeg, divided into six packages. The supplier is required to provide various medical devices, including: 1. Video bronchoscope 2. Forehead laryngoscope 3. Laryngological unit with microscope 4. Diagnostic and procedural visual pathway with narrow band light examination and laryngological shaver 5. Medical suction device with equipment 6. Diathermy with equipment The supplier must also handle the delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, and training of designated staff in the operation and technical service of the equipment. Additionally, the supplier is responsible for providing warranty service, warranty cards, technical passports, and user manuals in Polish, both in paper and electronic formats. All medical products must comply with current legal requirements, particularly the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. The supplier can offer equivalent products as long as they meet or exceed the specified technical parameters. The quality and compliance of the products with the technical and quality conditions described in the contract are the supplier's responsibility.
