Food Delivery Services for Hospital Patients

This contract involves the daily delivery of prepared meals for hospitalized patients with various dietary needs, in accordance with the Ministry of Health's dietary guidelines for hospital nutrition. The types of diets include: Diet No. 1 for gastrointestinal diseases; Diet No. 0 for critically ill and post-operative patients; Diet No. 4 for colitis and gastrointestinal disorders; Diet No. 5 for liver and gallbladder issues; Diet No. 7 for kidney diseases; Diet No. 9 for diabetic patients; Diet No. 10 for cardiovascular diseases; Diet No. 15 for general diet; and a low-protein diet for chronic kidney failure. Special diets may also be requested as needed. Each meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a daily bread allowance of up to 350 grams. The contract also covers the delivery of food products such as yogurt, sugar, flour, cooked carrots, and herbal tea. The contract duration is 24 months from the signing date, with daily deliveries based on prior requests. If a new contract is not awarded by the end of the term, the current contract may be extended for up to 6 months under the same conditions. Given the public importance of this service, the buyer may contract another qualified participant in case of early termination.
