Germany – Framework Agreement for the Supply of Laboratory Consumables

The LZN is responsible for procuring goods and services for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration. With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take on additional tasks for public law entities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration, as well as for private companies fully owned by the public sector. This contract involves establishing a framework agreement with a company for the supply of laboratory consumables. The agreement will be made with a contractor who can provide both the core assortment specified in the technical description and a corresponding supplementary assortment. The core assortment consists of previously ordered items and free-text orders. The supplementary assortment will allow for the procurement of items beyond the core assortment from the contractor's portfolio. This supplementary assortment includes only laboratory consumables (no medical supplies). Therefore, a uniform discount rate for all items listed in the supplier's catalog or item list will be requested. This discount rate must be entered in the designated section of the offer form. The specifics of the actual supplementary assortment will be determined between the contracting authority and the contractor after the award is granted. The items from both assortments will be available in the LZN's webshop for online ordering. All departments of the immediate Lower Saxony state administration, including the Lower Saxony islands, the Thuringian Ministry of Justice, Migration, and Consumer Protection, and the Thuringian Ministry of the Interior, Municipal Affairs, and State Development, are authorized to place orders.
