    Brief

    The University of Warsaw is seeking suppliers for the purchase and delivery of various laboratory equipment for the Department of Biology. The contract is divided into three parts: Part 1 includes an electrophoresis apparatus and a transfer apparatus; Part 2 includes a micro-volume spectrophotometer; and Part 3 includes a low-temperature freezer. All equipment must be brand new, covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, unused, and free from physical and legal defects. The equipment must come with complete wiring necessary for its operation according to the manufacturer's instructions. All items specified in the order description must be integral parts of the equipment, and the use of external components is not allowed unless explicitly stated. Delivery, transport, installation, and unloading of the equipment will be at the contractor's cost and risk, and the contractor must ensure appropriate insurance and transport means to prevent damage during transport and unloading. For Parts 2 and 3, the contractor is required to provide a training session in Polish for at least two people on the operation and maintenance of the equipment, lasting a maximum of one hour at the buyer's location.
