Catering Services Framework Agreement in Romania

The General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Timis is seeking to establish a framework agreement for catering services (CPV code 55520000-1). This procurement will be conducted in lots, specifically for adults, under the JIMBOLIA CPV code. The framework agreement will be finalized for each lot for a duration of 12 months, according to the awarding documentation. The agreement will be signed with a maximum of two economic operators, provided there are enough eligible offers. If fewer than two eligible offers are received, the agreement will be signed with the winning bidder(s) based on evaluation results. Subsequent contracts will be awarded every six months, depending on the needs and available funds of the contracting authority. Minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement and those that may be subject to a single subsequent contract for each lot are detailed in Annex 1 of the specifications. Subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening competition among the signatory economic operators of the framework agreement, adhering to the technical and financial conditions outlined in the framework agreement. Signing of subsequent contracts is contingent upon the availability of allocated financial resources. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Requests for clarification or additional information can be made up to 18 days before the offer submission deadline.
