Romania Supercomputer Project for Scientific Activity Digitalization

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to acquire products for the digitalization of scientific activities at the National Academy of Naval Forces 'Mircea cel Batran' under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). This initiative is part of project code 1248013766, titled 'Digitalization of the Infrastructure of the National Academy of Naval Forces 'Mircea cel Batran' (DigiANMB)', approved by the Minister of Education's Order No. 4168/30.06.2022. The project is funded by the Ministry of Education as part of the reform and investment coordination under the call for grants for the digitalization of universities in Component 15 - Education of Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Reform 5: Adoption of the legislative framework for the digitalization of education, Investment 16: Digitalization of universities and preparation for future digital professions. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
