Reconstruction of Heating Pipeline in Přerov

This procurement opportunity involves the complete and timely reconstruction of the heating pipeline in Přerov, specifically on 17. listopadu and Dvořákova streets. The project includes: - Upgrading the existing underground steam pipeline to new hot water pipelines using trenchless installation of pre-insulated pipes along the same route. - Constructing a new hot water pipeline using trenchless installation of pre-insulated pipes along a new route. - Supplying and installing data transmission technology via metallic and optical cables, which will connect heat meters from the building transfer stations, alarm system measurements, and pressure difference measurements to the dispatch system of the Distribution and Services Division at the Přerov Heating Plant, including visualization. - Supplying, installing, and commissioning temporary electric backup sources to ensure alternative hot water supply, including billing measurement of electricity consumption. - Supplying, installing, commissioning, and operating temporary heat backup sources, such as mobile LTO boilers, to ensure alternative hot water supply, including billing measurement of electricity consumption and fuel consumption measurement. - Upgrading existing steam/water transfer stations to water/water stations, which includes supplying, installing, and commissioning new transfer stations in terms of machinery, electrical systems, control systems, and billing measurement of heat, cold water, topping up, and electricity, as well as integrating into the data transmission system with station visualization and measurement.
