Public Transport Buses – Supply of Hydrogen-Powered Electric Buses

This contract involves the supply of 14 brand new, low-floor, environmentally friendly standard city buses powered by hydrogen fuel cells. The buses must be between 11.8 meters in length and comply with the technical conditions set by the Polish Minister of Infrastructure. A brand new bus is defined as a vehicle produced no earlier than 3 months before the delivery date and with a mileage not exceeding 500 km at the time of delivery. All buses must be of the same brand, identical in construction, technical parameters, and equipment, as specified in the contract project. The contractor will also be required to: - Conduct training as detailed in the contract project attached to the SWZ, - Provide authorization for technical service and warranty repairs for each delivered bus, - Supply all necessary documentation in Polish for the proper operation of the buses, including complete repair and service documentation, - Provide documentation required for the registration of each bus in Poland, - Deliver the necessary software and diagnostic equipment with the first bus, - Update software and documentation for 10 years after the warranty period ends, at no additional cost, - Grant an unlimited license for the use of the supplied software and documentation, - Fulfill quality warranty obligations as per the contract project. The buyer will reject offers where the share of products from EU member states or countries with equal treatment agreements with the EU is less than 50%. The contractor must declare this in the Offer Form. The offer must include the manufacturer, model, and country of origin of the buses. Detailed descriptions of the contract subject and the contractor's obligations are included in the contract project and technical description attached to the SWZ.
