Sanitation Works in France

This contract opportunity involves the establishment of a single-award framework agreement for the creation, reconstruction, renovation, and improvement of sanitation facilities. Each lot represents a single-award framework agreement that will be executed according to the provisions of the French Public Procurement Code. Purchase orders will be issued by the contracting authority as needs arise. This contract is subject to the obligations outlined in Decree No. 2011-1241 of October 5, 2011, regarding work near certain underground, aerial, or underwater transport or distribution facilities. This includes the requirement to submit work declarations (DT) and declarations of intent to commence work (DICT).
