    Brief

Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council is seeking a qualified organization or individual to design and deliver a 14-month, PEACEPLUS-funded cultural integration programme centered on music, sports, arts, dance, food, and crafts. The programme aims to bridge divides between indigenous and newcomer (BME) communities by recruiting 200 participants (33% each from Catholic/Nationalist/Republican, Protestant/Unionist/Loyalist, and other backgrounds) and providing a minimum of 26 hours of meaningful cross-community engagement per person. Key deliverables include: (1) a music learning and development programme with accredited qualifications for young people and adults; (2) an accredited good relations programme exploring how musical traditions build relationships; (3) creation of a Local Artists Guild for skill-sharing; and (4) a showcase event highlighting musical talent across the borough. The programme must address cultural preservation, relationship-building, community integration, confidence-building, and combating misinformation while measuring outcomes in participant confidence, cultural safety, inter-community trust, respect, and civic participation. Budget: €102,471.
