    Brief

This procurement procedure involves the delivery of pharmaceutical products categorized by their form and unit of measure, as listed in Appendix No. 2 of the Positive Drug List (PDL). The technical specifications categorize the pharmaceutical products into separate lots based on their ATC (Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical) group, INN (International Nonproprietary Name), and form of administration (e.g., oral, parenteral, etc.). These products are essential for the overall medical operations of the hospital. The quality of the pharmaceutical products must meet the standards set by the European Union, the Republic of Bulgaria, and the manufacturer, or equivalent standards, as follows: DIRECTIVE (EU) 2017/1572 OF THE COMMISSION of September 15, 2017, amending Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the principles and guidelines for good manufacturing practice for medicinal products for human use, the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, and Regulation No. 15 of April 17, 2009, on the conditions for issuing a production/import license and the principles and requirements for good manufacturing practice for all types of medicinal products, clinical trial medicinal products, and active substances. The quantities mentioned are estimates. The contracting authority reserves the right not to request the full estimated quantities.
