Children and Young People's Care and Support Services Framework - Market Engagement

The Council is inviting service providers to participate in market engagement sessions to shape the development of a Children and Young People's Care and Support Services Framework. This framework will be used to commission flexible services including early help, family support, community-based provision, specialist interventions, and support for young people transitioning to adulthood. Providers are encouraged to provide feedback on the proposed scope, structure, lot design, call-off arrangements, and pricing models to ensure a transparent and sustainable approach. Market engagement sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams across multiple dates in late July, with one-hour time slots available from 09:30 to 16:30 on various days. A briefing paper will be provided in advance. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Interested providers should email their preferred date and time options (listed in order of preference) to cyps.commissioning@npt.gov.uk to secure a place.
