Identity Management and Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) Process Service

This is a managed identity management service that provides the core infrastructure for managing the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes—covering employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding—across organizational departments. The service utilizes Sailpoint technology and is mandated by the National Enabling Program (NEP) Blueprint to ensure consistent identity management practices. It also facilitates onboarding into the National Law Enforcement Data Service (NLEDS) suite of services. This is a mandatory requirement for all participating organizations under the NEP Blueprint. Suppliers should note that this opportunity requires demonstrated experience with Sailpoint implementation and JML process management.
