Key service areas include: • Mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, power, lighting) • Building structure and fabric repairs and maintenance • Plumbing, drainage, and water safety management • Statutory inspections, testing, and compliance certification • Fire safety and emergency systems maintenance • Lift and access equipment servicing • Facilities management helpdesk and IT support • Preventative and reactive maintenance with 24/7 emergency response • Capital project works • Social Value initiatives The successful supplier will manage the full lifecycle of building assets, provide performance reporting through computer-aided systems, and maintain comprehensive asset management records.
