    Brief

    Kilnbridge Construction Services Ltd has been awarded the contract for the HS2 Old Oak Common Station Works Package WP13.01, which involves the construction of the Urban Realm. This project includes the installation of Cement Bound Granular Material (CBGM) Subbase for the permanent road network, executed in phases across the site. The subcontractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for the installation and testing of the CBGM. All work must adhere to the Series 800 and HS2 External Works Specification, which will be provided upon engagement. The total area for the CBGM subbase is 9,400 square meters, with an average thickness of 230 millimeters. The construction is scheduled to take place over a period of 2.5 years, starting in the third quarter of 2026 and concluding in late second quarter of 2028. Multiple site visits will be required throughout this timeframe.
