24/7 Emergency Alarm Monitoring Services Provider

Peabody Trust is seeking to contract an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to deliver round-the-clock emergency alarm monitoring and response services. The service will operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to support vulnerable and elderly residents across Peabody's housing portfolio. The successful provider will receive alarm signals from residents in distress, monitor alerts, and coordinate appropriate emergency response. This is a critical safeguarding service designed to ensure rapid assistance for residents who may experience falls, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations. Suppliers should have proven expertise in alarm centre operations, emergency response coordination, and experience working with vulnerable populations.
