    Brief

    First Garden Cities Homes Limited is a Registered Provider of Social Housing formed in March 2020 through the merger of Howard Cottage Housing Association (established 1911) and Welwyn Garden City Housing Association (established 1961). The organisation manages affordable housing across Letchworth and Welwyn Garden City and operates an active development programme. We are seeking a qualified UK-based audit firm to provide statutory audit services. The new contract will commence on 1 April 2027, following the expiration of our current contract on 31 March 2027. This is a competitive procurement conducted under the Procurement Act 2023, with no option to extend the current arrangement.
