Be First Regeneration Ltd seeks a qualified property management consultant to manage the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham's General Fund Commercial Portfolio. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing comprehensive property management services including maintenance, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial management of commercial assets. The initial contract runs for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Both parties have mutual rights to break the contract on a rolling basis during the extension period.
