Masculinity Research Study

DRCC is seeking a research organization to conduct a mixed-methods study examining masculinity that combines both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The successful tenderer will design and execute a comprehensive research project with the following key components: (1) Quantitative Research – develop and administer a survey to measure attitudes, norms, and behaviors across a representative sample of the target population; (2) Qualitative Research – conduct in-depth interviews and/or focus groups to understand the context and meaning behind survey findings; (3) Data Integration – synthesize both quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, coherent insights; and (4) Actionable Recommendations – provide practical recommendations to inform DRCC's prevention and education initiatives. Tenderers must propose their own research methodology, including sample sizes, recruitment strategies, and fieldwork methods, with clear justification for their approach.
