Facility Condition Assessment Services

Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority (MWDA) is seeking qualified contractors to conduct comprehensive Facility Condition Assessments at key operational facilities. The assessments will evaluate the current condition of facilities, document any damage, repair needs, and maintenance issues, and provide recommendations for remediation works. The findings will support long-term facility planning and ensure operational continuity through 2034. Successful contractors should have demonstrated experience in facility assessments, knowledge of waste management infrastructure, and the ability to provide detailed condition reports with prioritized remediation recommendations.
