24/7 Managed Detection and Response Service for Corporate and Operational Technology Environments

SWS is seeking a single supplier to provide a comprehensive 24/7/365 Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service for both Corporate/IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The service must include continuous monitoring, threat detection, triage, investigation, incident response, case management, reporting, and assurance evidence to support regulatory compliance with CAF, NIS, and DWI requirements. The selected supplier will integrate with SWS's existing security tools including Nozomi Networks, Cisco Cyber Vision, and CrowdStrike, consuming their telemetry rather than replacing them. Tenderers should identify any material gaps in the current tooling estate and propose solutions to address these gaps. The contract is valued at £8.5 million for an initial 3-year term with options to extend for two additional 1-year periods.
