Glass Repair and Replacement Services for Railway Trains

WM Trains is establishing a framework agreement for glass repair and replacement services for railway rolling stock. Services include emergency call-out repairs, on-site repairs, and full glass replacement work. The framework will be available for use by Train Operating Companies, Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, passenger and station licence holders, and other authorized railway operators. Successful suppliers will enter into a framework agreement with WM Trains, who will manage the procurement process. Participating authorities may subsequently call off services under this framework in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The framework agreement may be novated or assigned to Train Operating Company parent companies following corporate restructuring.
