Brief

Thames Water Utilities Ltd is seeking suppliers to establish a framework agreement for sewer rehabilitation, cleaning, and CCTV inspection services across the Thames Water Region. The work covers both gravity and rising mains and includes structural lining, pipe replacement, patch repairs, leak-proof lining, pipe bursting, and manhole sealing. Related activities include minor civil works, inspection reporting, waste disposal, and street works. Some projects may involve work near railways and require specific accreditations and insurance. The framework is divided into two lots based on project scale and complexity: Lot 1 covers projects valued at approximately £3 million or less and standard complexity work; Lot 2 covers projects valued above approximately £3 million and/or highly complex work. Suppliers may apply for one or both lots. Preference may be given to applicants demonstrating capability to deliver a larger portion of total requirements. Thames Water reserves the right to refine award criteria. The deadline for PSQ access requests and submissions is 17 August 2026 at 12:00pm.
