Cleaning and Facilities Services for Liverpool City Region Bus Stations

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning, maintenance, and facilities management services across bus stations in the region. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic, and safe environments in all public and staff areas. This includes supplying staff, products, and equipment to achieve high cleanliness standards. Facilities Assistants employed by the contractor will perform cleaning duties and also provide customer-facing support such as passenger assistance and transport information when CA staff are unavailable. The contractor must attend regular site visits and meetings to ensure service levels meet CA expectations. Contract duration is 3 years with two optional 1-year extensions available.
