External Landlord Intervention Programme - Round 3 (2026)

Carmarthenshire County Council has commissioned a Supplier to deliver the third round of the External Landlord Intervention programme. This initiative aims to address high vacant property rates across three primary towns in the Local Authority area: Ammanford, Carmarthen, and Llanelli. The programme works with external landlords to bring empty properties back into productive use, supporting economic regeneration and improving housing availability in these key towns.
