HMCTS seeks to understand available market capabilities and delivery approaches for: data matching and entity resolution; account linking and unified person views; tracing and contact enrichment; segmentation and prioritisation; workflow and decision support systems; enforcement analytics; and audit controls. The RFI aims to gather evidence on supplier capabilities, delivery models (software, platforms, APIs, managed services), implementation approaches, commercial options, costs, timescales, and data protection considerations.
