Internal Audit Support Services Framework Agreement – Ireland

The Contracting Authority seeks to establish a single-party framework agreement with a qualified internal audit service provider to supplement its existing internal audit function. The successful provider will operate across two key areas: (1) conducting scheduled audits either jointly with or independently on behalf of the Contracting Authority, providing assurance on governance, risk management, and control effectiveness; and (2) delivering strategic advisory services to the Audit and Risk Committee and Executive Management Team on optimizing the internal audit function's structure, remit, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The provider must offer flexible, scalable resources with varied professional and technical expertise to meet diverse audit and advisory needs.
