General Practice IT Services Provider for NHS Norfolk and Suffolk

NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board (formed from the merger of Suffolk & North East Essex ICB and Norfolk & Waveney ICB) is seeking an IT services provider to modernise and improve technology infrastructure across General Practice premises. The successful provider will deliver a stable, flexible IT system that enables seamless collaboration across the integrated care system, supporting General Practitioners, Practice staff, and Primary Care Network (PCN) teams. Key objectives include: enabling staff to work effectively from any location; maximising mobile technology investment; providing a standard software catalogue for user self-service; empowering local practice staff to manage IT tasks; supporting PCN-employed staff; leveraging cloud architecture for innovative solutions; and reducing equipment replacement wait times through localised provision. The service will align with the Primary Care Digital Services Model and require close collaboration with partner organisations across the integrated care system.
