Liskeard Ambulance Station Refurbishment and Building Works

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWAST) is seeking a qualified contractor to refurbish and improve Liskeard Ambulance Station in Cornwall. The project includes internal and external refurbishment, drainage repairs, garage door replacement, fire safety compartmentalisation, electrical rewiring with new distribution boards, fire alarm system installation, road and car park resurfacing, and construction of a new medicine room and hot desk office area. Medical storage racking and associated mechanical, electrical and building works are also required to deliver a fully operational and compliant facility. The estimated contract value is £320,000 excluding VAT, with works to be substantially completed by the end of the 2026/27 financial year. This is an open tender procedure conducted under the Procurement Act 2023.
