Agricultural and Warehouse Machinery Supply for Ukraine Resilience Program

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), a multi-year multi-donor program managed by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, is seeking qualified suppliers to provide agricultural and warehouse machinery, including trailed and mounted equipment. PFRU-2 is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in Ukraine, with payments made excluding VAT. Interested suppliers must submit complete proposals including the signed Terms of Reference (Volume 3), completed financial annexes, and country-specific registration documents. All proposals must be submitted in Ukrainian or English to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com with tender number PFRU2-2025-779.5 in the subject line by October 15, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time.
