The successful Service Provider will manage five key service areas: highway infrastructure cleaning, bus station cleaning, park & ride cleaning, timetable maintenance, and information placement. The provider must deploy dedicated operatives and vehicles equipped with smart mobile communication systems compatible with TfWM's asset management IT systems for real-time data upload and auditing. An operational base located within 5 miles of the West Midlands border is required to meet strict regional response times. The provider must tailor cleaning methodologies to each asset type while maintaining TfWM's high service standards. A strong commitment to sustainability is essential, demonstrated through the use of low-emission vehicles, optimized visit scheduling, waste recycling, approved waste disposal procedures, reusable components, innovative green technologies, and ethically sourced materials.
