Temporary Water Treatment Asset Hire Services - Framework Agreement

Severn Trent Water is conducting market engagement to develop a framework agreement for temporary treatment solutions at water and wastewater treatment sites across the Severn Trent region. The framework will support both planned maintenance and emergency response operations through the hire of treatment assets and ancillary equipment. Scope includes: equipment hire, mobilisation, installation, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning services. The framework is structured into five indicative lots: 1. Dewatering assets 2. Chemical dosing assets 3. Process treatment assets (filtration, clarification, temporary treatment units) 4. Aeration and blower equipment 5. Screening and grit removal equipment Suppliers can bid for one or multiple lots. The framework will support short, medium, and long-term hire requirements with multiple suppliers per lot. This is a preliminary market engagement exercise; the final lot structure may be refined based on market feedback.
