Materials Supply Contract Opportunity for Yorkshire Housing

Yorkshire Housing is seeking suppliers for a managed materials and waste disposal service valued at approximately £5 million annually. The contract covers building materials, mechanical and plumbing supplies, and electrical materials needed to support approximately 20,000 social houses across the Yorkshire region. Interested suppliers are invited to attend an in-person supplier session at the Leeds premises on 19th, 25th, or 26th August to learn detailed specifications and contract requirements. Attendance is limited and must be in person. To attend, suppliers must submit no more than one A4 page indicating which lot(s) they wish to bid for (Lot 1: Building Materials, Lot 2: Mechanical and Plumbing Supplies, Lot 3: Electrical Materials) and describing their capability to supply materials across the entire Yorkshire region. Specific delivery requirements and contract details will be communicated during the session.
