Restorative Dental Services Procurement - Endodontics and Prosthodontics across BOB and Frimley ICBs

The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & West Berkshire (BOB) and Frimley (Berkshire East) Integrated Care Boards are procuring providers to deliver Restorative Dental Services in Endodontics and Prosthodontics. The procurement is structured as 8 lots: Lots 1-4 cover Endodontics across Buckinghamshire (£788,400), Oxfordshire (£1,002,600), West Berkshire (£712,200), and Berkshire East (£613,800); Lots 5-8 cover Prosthodontics across the same regions valued at £729,400, £927,500, £658,700, and £567,700 respectively. Providers may bid for a maximum of 4 lots (up to 2 from Endodontics and up to 2 from Prosthodontics). The contract will run for 5 years commencing 1st April 2026, with an optional 2-year extension. This competitive procurement follows the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) process and is being managed by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of the Commissioners.
