This framework is open exclusively to manufacturers with their own production capabilities. It covers the manufacture, supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of windows, doors, glazing systems, and related products across public sector buildings including housing, schools, universities, healthcare facilities, offices, and municipal buildings throughout England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The framework supports both planned and responsive projects, including replacement, refurbishment, remediation, compliance activities, and maintenance. Eligible works encompass entrance doors, communal doors, screens, curtain walling, hardware, framing, finishing works, and specialist fire-rated or security products. The framework also covers surveys, inspections, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and investigative works for existing installations. All work must comply with current building regulations, safety legislation, environmental requirements, and industry standards applicable to the relevant region and project type. Successful suppliers must demonstrate quality assurance, competency, sustainability practices, product conformity, and compliance with the Building Safety Act to ensure safe, durable, and legislatively compliant installations.
