Shannon Airport Terminal Building Refurbishment - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire

This procurement opportunity involves a comprehensive refurbishment project at Shannon Airport in Co Clare, Ireland. The scope includes converting the disused Limestone Café (approximately 2,000 m²) into modern corporate office space, relocating and upgrading the West plant room with new roof-level mechanical systems, completing roof repairs, and upgrading toilet and welfare facilities. The Marsh Bar will be converted to an ancillary queuing area, with additional ancillary works as required. A key requirement is that all construction work must be completed while the airport terminal remains fully operational, with no disruption to ongoing airport operations. Contractors must demonstrate the ability to manage complex logistics, coordinate with airport stakeholders, and maintain safety standards in a live terminal environment. This is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage procurement.
