Security Services for Properties in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria

This contract involves providing security services for properties managed by the Territorial Division of the National Social Security Institute in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. The services include ensuring physical security presence by qualified personnel, installation and maintenance of security systems, and monitoring of fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control systems. Specific requirements and functional characteristics for each property are detailed in the Technical Specifications, which are part of the participation documentation. The execution of the contract will commence after the properties are handed over to the contractor by the client, with a handover protocol signed by both parties. The contractor is obligated to provide daily physical security and monitor the fire alarm system from the date of handover, as well as to manage the security of the properties using the installed security systems and video surveillance. There are a total of 4 properties to be secured.
