Hagenbach - Renovation of Former Main School for Daycare Services

The city of Hagenbach is seeking suppliers for the renovation of a former main school building to accommodate additional daycare spaces due to a shortage in the area. The project involves expanding the daycare facility to the first floor and restructuring existing group rooms on the ground floor. The new layout will create a four-group daycare spread over two floors, with additional spaces for after-school care on the second floor. The building, which has been in use for over 50 years, requires a comprehensive renovation to meet current standards, including fire safety, accessibility, and hygiene regulations. The city aims to utilize any remaining space flexibly to avoid vacancies, particularly on the third floor and basement, which will be converted into multifunctional rooms to support community activities. Energy-efficient upgrades are also planned to improve the building's energy performance and reduce CO2 emissions. The existing heating system, which is over 25 years old, will be replaced, and new sanitary installations will be designed for all areas.
