Service and Maintenance for FALA System Devices

This contract involves the service and maintenance of FALA System devices, divided into two parts: 1) Part I focuses on the maintenance of FALA System devices on the railway. This includes comprehensive technical maintenance of the power supply installations and validation devices installed as part of the FALA System, which is used for travel planning and fare payment in public transport within the Pomeranian Voivodeship and neighboring regions. The power supply installation encompasses all devices and necessary infrastructure that provide electrical energy to the validation devices, including: a) power lines from the operational boundary to the terminals in the validation device, b) protective equipment for cable lines and power supply wires for the validation devices, c) prompt and effective restoration of power to the validation devices and related devices affected by the power supply lines, d) validation devices A1 and A2 installed at bus stops and railway stations. 2) Part II pertains to the service of FALA System devices in public transport vehicles. This includes ensuring service support for the vehicle infrastructure and FALA system devices installed in public transport vehicles covered by the PZUM project, ensuring the continuity of the FALA System's operation while maintaining the service level agreement (SLA) guaranteed by the contractor.
