    Brief

    This contract opportunity involves the supply of audio-visual equipment and technology for the First Auditorium of the Faculty of Dental Medicine and the Projection Room in the Medical-Biological Complex at the Medical Faculty of Sofia Medical University. The supplier will be responsible for the delivery, installation, cabling, configuration, setup, and functionality testing of the equipment, along with warranty support. The audio-visual equipment must meet all requirements specified by the contracting authority in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) of the procurement documentation. The quantity and type of supplies will be determined by the contracting authority based on their specific needs and financial capacity. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel orders for certain items or reduce quantities if necessary. The procurement is divided into two lots, with the required characteristics of the items outlined in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1, as follows: Lot 1: Audio-visual equipment and technology for the First Auditorium of the Faculty of Dental Medicine; Lot 2: Audio-visual equipment and technology for the Projection Room in the Medical-Biological Complex.
