Framework Agreement for Landscaping Services

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for landscaping services for Zorggroep Multiversum. The tasks vary by location, which include: 1) Mowing grass with collection and removal of clippings (locations: Boechout, Mortsel, Oud-Turnhout) 2) Maintenance and shaping of hedges, shrubs, and planting areas (including hazelnuts) (locations: Boechout, Mortsel, Oud-Turnhout) 3) Maintenance and shaping of willow huts (location: Mortsel) 4) Pruning of all other permanent plantings (ornamental grasses, ground covers, wall and climbing plants, etc.) (locations: Mortsel, Oud-Turnhout) 5) Weeding in flower beds and parks, removal of leaves and litter (locations: Mortsel, Oud-Turnhout) 6) Annual pruning of shoots at the base of trees (locations: Mortsel, Oud-Turnhout) 7) Annual cleanup along the Waesdonckstraat fence, removing all protruding growth and plants growing through the fence (location: Mortsel) 8) Pollarding of plane trees around the chapel and on the large elevated square (location: Deurnestraat 252) - once or twice during the contract. ADDITIONAL REQUESTED TASKS (prices on demand) - Leveling molehills - Fertilizing grass and plant areas - Seeding bare spots - Liming grass areas - Weeding on hard surfaces and open hard surfaces - Pruning trees - Extra mowing of grass and grass tiles - Extra weeding - Delivery and spreading of tree bark or other ground cover (no planting) - Replanting of areas (general) - Removal of dead and low-hanging branches above roads and roofs. This selection guideline provides only a general and preliminary description of the subject of the contract. The contract will be further detailed in the specifications in the second phase of the procurement procedure. The contracting authority reserves the right to deviate from the provisions of this selection guideline.
