    Brief

    This contract involves the procurement of goods and services aimed at enhancing the functionality and quality of medical care provided by the County Hospital in Łowicz. The project is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, focusing on accelerating the digital transformation of healthcare through the development of digital services. Key tasks include: 1) Integration and expansion of healthcare IT systems, 2) Digitization of medical documentation essential for treatment and prevention, 3) Enhancing the hospital's cybersecurity measures, and 4) Implementing AI solutions and connecting to a central medical data repository. These actions will improve the security of medical data processing, reduce patient service time, enhance diagnostic quality, improve continuity of care through better access to and exchange of medical information, integrate patient data with the P1 system and medical data repository, streamline management and internal information flow, and increase the hospital's resilience to digital threats while enhancing staff competencies in new technologies. The project will also strengthen the healthcare system's resilience to crises, including epidemics, technical failures, and other threats requiring rapid response and effective information management. Detailed descriptions of the contract are provided in Annexes 3 and 4, which outline the specific tasks and conditions for each part of the contract.
