Electricity and Natural Gas Supply Contract for EOI in Madrid

This contract involves the procurement of electricity and natural gas supplies for three locations of the EOI (School of Industrial Organization) in Madrid. It is divided into four lots: two lots for the main headquarters (GAMO) and two lots for its two residential colleges. The energy supply for each lot will be managed by a commercial supplier, who will handle the necessary arrangements for network access with the distribution company and other related services. The awarded supplier must ensure the continuity of supply during the transition to a new commercial supplier, taking care of all necessary procedures with the distributor and the current supplier to guarantee uninterrupted service. The distribution company is responsible for the quality of the energy supply, handling outages, and maintaining the infrastructure. To ensure proper service delivery, the awarded supplier for each lot must act as the primary contact with the relevant distribution company, establishing contracts for network access on behalf of EOI at no additional cost, and managing any necessary actions to resolve conflicts.
