IT Services Procurement for Tender Management and Contract Administration

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is seeking a user-friendly and efficient system for managing tenders and contracts. This procurement aims to enhance our ability to follow up with customers and suppliers professionally and effectively. The procurement process is crucial for achieving our strategic goals and involves various activities to ensure legal compliance, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services, including IT and construction work. Collaboration and management among multiple stakeholders are essential. We are focused on safety, social responsibility, and sustainability in our procurement practices. As we undergo a digital transformation, we aim to replace our current tender management (KGV) and contract administration (KAV) systems before the existing contract expires in June 2026. This new system will facilitate better planning, competitive tendering, and efficient contract management, ultimately leading to a fully digital procurement process.
