Brief
This contract involves construction work for the project titled "Safer and Closer to Nature – New Pedestrian and Bicycle Paths in the Greater Poland Part of the Barycz Valley" under the Regional Program European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027, Action 8.1 Supporting Development Programmed in Local Development Strategies (RLKS). The contract is divided into three parts: Part 1 involves the reconstruction/expansion of road no. 5329P (construction of a bicycle path/pedestrian and bicycle path) in Trzcieliny, from km 0+000 to km 1+032; Part 2 involves the reconstruction/expansion of road no. 5335P (construction of a bicycle path/pedestrian and bicycle path) in Odolanów, from km 0+000 to km 0+760; Part 3 involves the reconstruction/expansion of road no. 5341P (construction of a bicycle path/pedestrian and bicycle path) in Pawłów, from km 0+000 to km 0+700. Contractors may submit bids for any number of parts of the contract. Separate agreements will be signed for each part of the contract. The contracting authority will first evaluate the bids and then qualify the contractor whose bid is rated highest, checking for any grounds for exclusion and compliance with participation conditions. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if the public funds intended for financing the contract are not granted. The contractor must conduct the investment process according to the "Do No Significant Harm" principle, ensuring that work around root zones is done manually where possible, minimizing the use of mechanical equipment. Root systems must be protected from drying out and freezing, and tree trunks must be safeguarded against mechanical damage. No harmful chemical or physical materials should be stored around the root systems of trees. Vehicle and machinery movement around trees must be minimized. During the construction period, tree trunks will be protected with boards secured with wire, using cushioning materials (such as straw mats, jute, etc.). Additionally, the contractor must comply with GDPR information obligations as outlined in the contract documents.
