Computer Equipment Procurement

This contract involves the delivery of 165 computer sets, which include the following components: a laptop with an operating system, a monitor, a docking station, a keyboard and mouse, a mouse pad, and a software package of MS OFFICE 2024 PL or an equivalent. The Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes relevant to this contract are: 30200000-1 for computer equipment, 30213000-5 for personal computers, 30213100-6 for laptops, 30231300-0 for monitors, 30237410-6 for computer mice, 30237460-1 for computer keyboards, 48000000-8 for software packages and IT systems, and 30237200-1 for computer accessories. Detailed descriptions of the contract subject and the buyer's requirements for execution and acceptance are provided in the attached documents: - Description of the contract subject – Annex 3 to the SWZ, - Draft contract provisions – Annex 2 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the aforementioned documents are minimum requirements, and compliance is mandatory. Failure to meet these minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions based on Article 226, paragraph 1, point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. This order is part of the project "OPTIMALLY - ALTERNATIVELY - FLEXIBLY Supporting employers from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship in implementing remote work" under the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.
