    Brief

    This contract involves the expansion of the existing Hospital Information System (HIS) by adding new modules and functionalities, as well as integrating it with currently used systems. The project is part of the digital transformation initiative for the Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Karol Marcinkowski, focusing on medical data collection and processing, digitization of medical documentation, cybersecurity, and AI-assisted analysis in healthcare. Key components of the contract include: 1. Delivery of the HIS system with functional modules such as Doctor's Dashboard, Outpatient Dashboard, Nursing Dashboard, Registration Dashboard, Operating Room, Medication Ordering, and enhancements to the Electronic Document Management (EDM) interface. 2. Integration of the hospital with the Intelligent Services Platform for medical imaging data and AI-assisted analysis results. 3. Maintenance of the HIS system for three years. Detailed requirements are outlined in the attached document. Partial and variant offers are not allowed, but equivalent offers are accepted. The project is funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
