    Brief

This contract involves the procurement of a supplier for project documentation, including the Construction Intent Documentation as per Regulation No. 60/2025, Project Construction Documentation, and Documentation for the Construction Intent for the purpose of preparing a state expert review based on Act No. 254/1998 on public works. The project includes comprehensive engineering services such as property rights settlement, approval of construction intent documentation, verification of project construction documentation, and professional author supervision for the extension of the Ružinov tram line to TIOP Ružinov. The proposed tram route connects from the existing terminus towards OC Hornbach, crossing Vrakunská road and the ŽSR tracks to TIOP Ružinov. The alignment is designed to avoid the SPP facility while considering potential road connections between Ružinovská street and Galvani as indicated in the urban plan. After crossing the railway tracks, the route descends under a double 4x110kV overhead line to ground level at the terminus. From Ružinovská street, the tram line rises on a reinforced embankment with vertical walls, transitioning to a multi-span bridge that crosses the future road, railway tracks of the Bratislava-Nové Mesto – Bratislava-ÚNS section, and the Bratislava-Nové Mesto – Podunajské Biskupice section, respecting the future double-tracking and the TEN-T 17 corridor. After the bridge, the route descends through a reinforced embankment to ground level near OC Hornbach. The bridge is designed as a series of simple spans made of prestressed prefabricated elements, with a total length of approximately 190m. A noise barrier is planned on the side adjacent to the residential area to mitigate noise from tram operations. The total length of the proposed route is 995m, with a total track length of 1978m, designed for a speed of 60 km/h. The project also includes the equipping of the Astronomická substation, which will be constructed as part of the modernization of the Ružinov tram line. The proposed route includes several structures that need to be demolished. New stops at Astronomická and TIOP Ružinov will be constructed. A transfer hub will be built at the original tram terminus for connections between trams and urban and suburban bus services. Traffic lights will be installed at the intersection of Ružinovská street and the tram line extension.
