Educational Services for Programming and Robotics Training

This public procurement contract seeks a service provider to conduct a maximum of 210 training sessions on "Programming and Educational Robotics". The contractor is required to prioritize environmental sustainability by eliminating single-use plastic items, avoiding single-use packaging, and using recycled materials. This procurement is conducted under an open tender procedure according to the Public Procurement Law of September 11, 2019. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the threshold set by the President of the Public Procurement Office. The contracting authority plans to apply the reverse procedure, where offers are evaluated first, followed by the qualification of the highest-rated contractor. This contract is indivisible due to technological and execution reasons, ensuring quality and coordination of services. The contracting authority has considered the economic efficiency of the contract and the need for administrative simplicity by assigning the entire project to a single contractor. Accessibility requirements for people with disabilities are included in the service description, ensuring no discrimination against any social group. Variant offers and electronic catalogs are not permitted, and the contracting authority is not seeking a framework agreement.
