Banking Services Contract for Online Payment Operator

This contract is for a framework agreement to provide online payment operator services, as specified in the requirements document. The estimated value of the framework agreement ranges from 2,000 lei to 10,000 lei, excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests submitted within the timeframe specified in section I.3, which is 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with articles 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended. This is an open online tender procedure, resulting in a four-year framework agreement. The frequency of subsequent contracts will be at least two per year, depending on the needs of the contracting authority and the approved budget. The maximum value of each subsequent contract is 2,500 lei, excluding VAT, and the minimum estimated value is 500 lei, excluding VAT.
